Terms of Service
Last updated August 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of the REPOSS platform provided by Connectivo AB.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the REPOSS service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent, and you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.
2. The service
Connectivo AB provides REPOSS, software that collects sales data from connected sources, evaluates it against EU OSS VAT rules, and compiles periodic reports for submission to the relevant tax authority.
REPOSS is a reporting tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it does not submit filings on your behalf. Responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of any filing remains with you.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or is being used in breach of these terms.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect to the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service.
We process personal data as described in our privacy documentation and act as a processor on your behalf where applicable data protection law defines you as the controller.
You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable period and are stated exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Connected third-party sources may become temporarily unavailable for reasons outside our control.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including penalties or interest assessed by a tax authority, except where such loss results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Following termination we retain your data for a limited period to allow export, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
